UPCOMING ISSUES
Listening's thirty-four year old,
wide-ranging and adventurous dialogue across the spectrum of religion and
culture will continue in the journal's upcoming issues:
 |
Spring 2004 – “Ethical
Issue for Today”
This issue of the journal will explore a range of ethical issues from
corporate and financial scandals to questions in modern medical and political
ethics. It is edited jointly by Michael Monshau, O.P. and Edward Krasevac, O.P.
both of the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology and the Graduate
Theological Union in Berkeley, California. |
 | Fall 2004 – “Spiritual Identities in
Pluralistic Cultures”
Peter Gilmour of the Institute of Pastoral Studies at Chicago’s Loyola
University will edit this issue devoted to an exploration of how people
understand their spiritual selves and how they may construct stable identities
in an era characterized by spiritual quests of often dubious or questionable
merit |
Editorial Policy:
Listening does not accept
unsolicited manuscripts. Each issue of the journal has a guest editor selected
by the Editors. Each guest editor determines the theme of the issue and solicits
her or his authors to write papers on that theme.
